• Without a credit card guarantee, the room will be held for you until 18:00 pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 18:00 pm, we ask for valid credit card details to guarantee your reservation.
• For non-refundable rates, our 'no refund' policy applies and the total reservation amount (excl. city tax) will be debited within 24 hours. If we are unable to charge your credit card, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without notice.
• A credit card guarantee applies for reservations from 5 rooms. You must contact the hotel directly for availability and cancellation conditions.
• A deposit of €50 will be required at check-in. As part of our hotel policy, a random room check may be carried out before returning the deposit. 
• Tourist tax (€4.50 p.p.p.n.) is exclusive and must be paid at check-in.
